Things that Starts with B – as you can probably tell, this website is all about things that start with all the letters of the alphabet.
In this post we have put together a list of things that start with B. It’s a great list and we are trying to add to it all the time.

Things that Starts with B
Bread
Bread is commonly made from flour, water, yeast and sugar. It can come in lots of different shapes and sizes. Different types of bread could be sourdough, baguette, batch, baps, rolls, naan and flatbread.
Bananas
Bananas are generally grown in warmer climates. They are an elongated bendy yellow fruit.
Bookcase
Bookcases (as you might expect) usually hold books, like in a library. Traditionally made of wood, they can also be made from metal or plastic.
Barbecue
A barbecue is an outdoor grill (sometimes shortened to BBQ). It can be heated by charcoal or gas and is usually used to cook meat over flames in a social setting.
Balloon
Balloons are fun items, often used in decorations for parties. They are blown up with air or with helium. Helium, being lighter than air, makes the balloons rise.
Blackberry
Blackberries are a soft and delicate fruit which grows on thorny bushes or trailing vines. Technically, the blackberry is a drupelet, or a cluster of fruits, like a bunch of grapes, and the seed inside each drupelet contributes to the berry’s nutrient value.
Studies show blackberries have one of the highest antioxidant contents per serving of any food tested. This means that regular consumption of blackberries may have a positive impact on health, athletic performance and disease risk. They are high on vitamin C and fiber.
Black Cherry
Black cherry is a deciduous, fast growing, single-stemmed, medium- to large-sized tree that grows about 125 feet (38 m) in height. The white flowers of Black Cherries are arranged in long, pendulous, cylindrical structures.
The flowers are slightly fragrant, attract many bees, and later give rise to the fruits. The fruits are bitter and inedible fresh off the tree, but can be used to make jams and jellies. Fruits have also been used to flavor certain liquors such as brandy and whiskey.
Bilberry
Bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus) produces berries that are similar to normal blueberries. The dried fruit and leaves are used for medicine. Bilberry contains chemicals called tanninsl, these help reduce swelling.
The chemicals in bilberry leaves might also help to lower blood sugar and cholesterol levels, and improve circulation in people with diabetes. Thich are commonly harvested to make jams, pies and sauces. They have a red flesh inside instead of a white flesh which the blueberry has.
Bugatti
Bugatti is a hyper-car manufacturer that was founded in 1909 by Ettore Bugatti. The company ‘Bugatti’ was founded in France. When Ettore Bugatti died he had appointed Pierre Marco to take over the company. Volkswagen finally acquired the rights to own the company legally in 1998.
BMW
BMW was founded by four German engineers in 1916. Franz Josef, Gustav Otto, Karl Rapp and Camillo Castiglioni. BMW used to specialize in airplane engines. Before manufacturing cars. BMW Stands for Bayerische Motoren Werke (Bavarian Engine Works Company).
Bentley
Bentley Motors Limited is a British manufacturer and marketer of luxury cars and SUVs, Bentley was founded by Walter Owen Bentley. The automaker has been producing cars for over a century. Walter’s mission statement was “To build a good car, a fast car, the best in its class.” This statement still rings true today.
